9:00am – Resistance Training Circuit

5:30pm – Pilates

6:15pm -  Cardio Blast (in main gym on treadmills & ellipticals)

 FRIDAY 

8:15am - Aqua Aerobics  (Holiday Inn Express Pool)

11:15am – Joyfully Fit (registration required)
